• Previous experience of working with children
• Supply suitable references
• Undertake an enhanced DBS check
• Have good copmmunication and language skills
• Be reliable and flexible in your approach

Joining Childcare Answered as a nursery practitioner or nursery assistant, you’ll have a valuable opportunity to experience a wide range of learning environments on a supply basis, as you provide essential cover for planned and unplanned staff absences. Our work covers all of Wandsworth and also surrounding areas. Workers who are willing to be flexible with their travel are likely to attract the most work.

We have close working relationships with nursery managers who highly respect us for our commitment to delivering staff of the highest quality. Childcare Answered nursery practitioners and assistants consistently prove themselves to be highly professional and indeed many are asked back by name.

Some of our work is pre schedules and often booked in advance. There are also often emergency placement requests that we need to fill.

Many of our staff go on to be headhunted by clients. There may be opportunities where customers are keen to make permanent arrangements. We are able to facilitate this and placements may lead to full employment.
